We ship to all international markets. Worldwide shipping takes approximately 14-21 working days from day of dispatch.

You can find your tracking number on your shipment confirmation email in your inbox (make sure to check your junk folder too).

All orders are sent recorded with Royal Mail. Please contact us if your parcel hasn't arrived within 2 weeks.

We are not responsible if your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address (including missing postcode) or if you parcel is unclaimed. We are happy to re-send your item to the correct address for our international shipping rate.

Please note: if your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and / or signed for but you have not received anything, we are not responsible.

Our international customers are rarely charged customs, however it is still a possibility. Gigi Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that are incurred on international orders.

We currently do not accept returns however we are happy to offer store credit in exchange. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return and you must cover the postage costs yourself.

Once we receive the item in the same condition as purchased, we will issue you store credit for the cost of the item(s) only.

Please note: no cancellations once the order has been processed.

If you have a different issue with your order please email us immediately when you receive your order. Any issues brought to light after 2 working days of delivery, may not be subject to our quality guarantee.
