Our Policies

Refunds & Returns 

We currently do not offer refunds and we are not able to cancel your order if it has been processed. However, we are happy to offer store credit in exchange. 

Please contact our customer service team to request an exchange. Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • You must cover the postage cost yourself (we recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return).  
  • Once we receive your item, we will issue your store credit for the cost of the item(s) only.

Shipping 

  • All orders are sent recorded with Royal Mail from our studio, and are usually dispatched next day. 
  • UK shipping is £5 and takes approx. 2-3 working days. 
  • International shipping is £20 and can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on where you are based, sometimes faster. 
  • Our customers are rarely charged customs fees, however there is still a possibility. Gigi Clothing is not responsible for any customs charges on the parcel.
